The crest could not be pulled in a single mould, so Crownlet is the only two-part cast in the series. The join sits under the chin where the paint line hides it.
The trim colour
Mixed by hand per batch, which means batches differ very slightly. We stopped apologising for this around the third run — people started asking which batch theirs came from.
